Review your subscription details and ensure you understand any remaining time on your current plan.

How to Cancel

Log into your account, go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts.

You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation request.

3-Month Plan Within 48 hours Pro-rated refund
Annual Plan Within 7 days Pro-rated refund

3. Service Access After Cancellation

  • Your service will continue until the end of your billing period
  • No automatic renewals will occur
  • Downloaded content will become inaccessible
  • Account settings and preferences will be preserved for 30 days

Important: After cancellation, ensure you've saved any important account information as access to certain features may be limited.

4. Reactivation Process

If you decide to reactivate your subscription:

  • Log back into your account within 30 days
  • Choose a new subscription plan
  • Your previous settings will be restored
  • New payment method can be added if needed
